The combination of C & E is more beneficial than either of these vitamins alone. The absence of water allows the vitamin C to be completely stable until the product is applied to the skin.InstructionsAfter cleansing, toning and applying any treatment serums, allow skin to dry. Apply a small amount in a smooth, even layer over entire face and neck (chest also recommended). Allow to penetrate for 1 minute.
