Managing Your Account
Order Status and Account History
Our order tracking system allows you to view the details of your
order including the products ordered, any shipping or taxes added, and the total of your order.
The system also lists when your order was received in GMT as well as the date it was shipped
and other information regarding the progress of your order.
Sign In and Requesting a password
You will be automatically registered in our system when you make your first order.
The userid and password will be sent to you in an order confirmation as well as
the shipping confirmation. To obtain your password there is a link beside "Forgot your password?"
on the order tracking system
Newsletter Subscription
The monthly newsletter is an email system that will let you know on a monthly basis the current
specials we offer and new product launches. Other important information includes scheduled
price increases from the manufacturers as well changes at Juliet's Day Spa. There are usually only
one or two emails per month.
Under no circumstances will your email address be released to any other company. You will
only receive mail from Juliet's Day Spa. We do not participate in
unsolicited bulk mailing and will protect your privacy at all costs.
To subscribe or unsubscribe from the newsletter, there is a form you can fill out at the bottom of the
home page to directly add or remove yourself (no confirmation emails sent). We
can also handle this for you, simply email your instructions to
