Finding Products
The quickest way to find products is by using the search page.
Enter the product name or a part of it and click the "search" button. The search results will display
20 products at a time.
If you know the item number, select the "Item Number" radio button, enter the item number in
the box below it and click "search".
Another useful tip, is to select the brand from the brand selector menu on the left side panel. It
is located directly under the Juliet's Day Spa Logo. Then click "Complete List of Products" link
below the brand selector menu to display all the products available for that brand.
You can browse products by skintype by choosing a skin type link below the brand selector menu.
Note: If you can't find the product you are looking for, we may still carry it. Please email shop@julietsdayspa.com and
we can check if we stock it.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates can be purchased in $10 denominations with no shipping charges. You can purchase gift
certificates by entering an amount in the "Order Form" just above the shipping information or by entering
an amount in the additional comments field of the checkout page of the shopping cart.
Finding Product Information
Looking for more product information. In the order form you can click on the product name of any product which
will display a window of the product information. Also while browsing the product pages, you can also click
the product image for more detailed information.

well for you.
Email consultation should include as much pertinent information as possible to allow us to give you the best
advice [Ex: skin type, allergies/sensitivities, race, age, skin problems, environmental stresses, your
existing regimen and products you already use (some cannot be combined)]
Product Availability
Most of our items are in stock and ready to be shipped the same day or the next business day. Some products have shorter
shelf lives such as pigmentation control products; therefore, we order smaller quantities to ensure the products are
fresher and won't expire as quickly. If a product is unavailable, we will place an order with the supplier the same
day or next day. We do not wait until our next regular cycle.
Your credit card is never charged, until the day we ship your order. If you feel the need to cancel or make changes
to your order, please inform us as soon as possible.
Product Samples
Product samples are free, but we charge a flat rate of $5 CDN for shipping. Subject to availability. Most lines have product
samples, except for the medical grade lines. These lines have smaller trial sizes (much larger than a sample) that are
available at a low cost. There are rarely product samples for cleansers and toners.
We often include samples with your order that are relevent for your skin type if available. If you think of something
you might like to try, include a message in the "Additional Comments" box while you are ordering. We will try to accommodate
your request.
Please remember to include the product brand and your skin type.
